Two ways to reach me.
Goes to the person who built LastLook, not a queue. Tell me the iPhone model, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead — that is usually enough to find it.

The feedback form sends your message along with your app version and device, so I don't have to ask for either. It works whether or not you have a mail app set up.
Profile → Send feedbackThe things that usually go wrong.
The leaving reminder didn't arrive.
Almost always one of three things, in this order:
- Location is not set to Always. Open iOS Settings → LastLook → Location. On While Using the App, iOS will not wake LastLook when you cross a boundary, so nothing can fire. Always is what this feature needs.
- Notifications are turned off. Settings → LastLook → Notifications. The reminder is a notification; if they are off there is nowhere for it to go.
- The place has no location saved. A place with items but no location has no boundary to cross. Open the place and add one — the list on the Places screen flags any place still missing it.
If all three are already right, email me and say which place, and roughly when you left it.
It reminded me twice for one trip.
Crossing a boundary and coming straight back used to count as two departures, so one outing could produce two notifications. That is fixed — a trip you reverse no longer counts as leaving, and one trip gets one reminder. Update to the latest version from the App Store if you are still seeing it.
A tracked device says Not detected, but it's right here.
LastLook listens for the Bluetooth signal a device broadcasts. It never connects to the device, and it cannot know where the device is — only whether it is being heard right now.
Devices go quiet on their own to save their own battery, so silence is not proof that something has been left behind. That is exactly why a device going quiet does not raise a warning by itself: a false alarm costs more than a missed one. If a device shows Nearby when you move it close and Not detected when you walk away, it is working as intended.
I can't add another place.
Free accounts can save a limited number of places, and Pro raises the limit. The screen that stops you names the current limit rather than only offering the upgrade. Prices show inside the app, in your own currency.
How do I cancel or manage Pro?
Profile → Manage Subscription, or Profile → Cancel Subscription. You can also do it from Apple's own settings: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling through Apple takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
How do I delete my data?
Profile → Delete account. It permanently erases your places, items and activity — there is no undo and no soft-delete kept on the side. If you only want the history gone, Profile → Clear activities does that on its own and leaves your places intact.
Where are my saved locations stored?
Coordinates are encrypted on your iPhone with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, using a key held in the device keychain. What syncs is ciphertext. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. LastLook is iPhone-only today, because the leaving reminder depends on sitting tightly against the operating system and that is being done properly on one platform before it is done twice.
